Officially Engaged !!!!

Wow. Praise Allah for everything. 

I'm now his fiancee. *blush*

We got engaged on 14 February 2010....we chose the date not because of the Valentines tho. It's the only date that is suitable for him, me, families, and relatives. 

So, everything was perfect. We feel blessed. Syukur alhamdulillah...

As for hantarans for him, I did everything from the decorations to the hantaran as well as for the pelamin.   Since I did everything for hantaran, my time was limited. Very2 limited. I even dont have enuf time to buff my nails or pampering myself before the event. huuu T_T ..but not so penting indeed.

None of my friends come to the event tho. Both me and fiance insisted this event to be a closed function attended only by families and relatives. My neighbours pon ajak last minit. Afraid of this news leaking out to friends. lol. But yeah. Some of my neighbors did showed up. ^_^

For makeup....yeah I hire my best fren for about RM 1++, after good negotiable and so on...Right after the ceremony, my fiance, who's handsomely dressed in pink cum pepel baju melayu (forgot to mention...our theme was fuschia and cream), said "lawa mekap sayang, b suke tgok sayang tau... terime kasih sbb sudi terime b as ur tunang and trime kasih sayang jadi tunang b" and I wasvery2 super duper happy. I love it when he complimented me....bcoz I know he's proud of having me by his side. ^_^  alhamdulillah...

After the event, we had indoor photoshoot. were meant dalam bilik... fham2 jelah ambek gambar dalam bilik atas katil lak to.. aku kate xnak tp die kate nanti die private kan picture so aku agree la... just duduk atas katil jer and ala2 feeling pas bunge to me from mr fiance... gito lah... Ceh...cam poyo je. haha. But the cameraman, who's actually my mum's friend, And he's pictures were awesome. He wanted a couple for his portfolio and wanting to shoot for us. So..yeay! we got gambar time tunang 

To becoming Bridezilla soonest 2011

Every girl has a dream to be a bride.

What she doesn't know that the job to become a bride is exhausting and never ending for sure.
I fell into that dream. lol. A generic dream of a young excited girl.

There's no second thoughts tho....but the idea of marriage plus the Malay customs and traditions seems frightening. Terlalu banyak adat.biase la kan.

I know we'll go through somehow.

At first, both me and mr fiance, thought that engagement (as today's engagement trend) is just a waste of money (we are against the engagement). For couples like us, who have known each other..like..forever, the idea of engagement is kinda funny but we are excited too.. What we want was just a simple risik plus hantar cincin tanda ceremonies. Just for families to get to know each other.

 There's no such thing as "just engage"...why? engagement memerlukan belanje yang....quite big....when I said big...I mean big preparation for "mini kenduri" plus hantaran and baju tunang. Not included mini dais and MUA, yang for n9 market price is about RM500 for mini dais and RM250 for makeup. okeh! hahaha

When u are the eldest child in the family, u'll know how freaked out the parents will be. Ye lah kan...first majlis kahwin and such...They have to constantly be reminded by me and mr.fiance to not to spend unnecessarily. We both want grand receptions...that's why we dont want unnecessary ceremonies.

Alhamdulillah as TODATE we have being engaged for 10month ++ And I hope everything will run smoothly and be blessed by Allah, the most Gracious. Amin.

Frustration dowH

Aaaarrrrggggghhhhh..............!!!!

Bulan November & December 2010 adalah bulan yang teramat tertekan and tension bagi for me. Waaaa.... Semuanya dugaan bagi aku. Haros bersabar dan haros berserah.

1. i have resigned from the previous company @ Thistle as Senior Supervisor Of Human Resource Development and yet im still finding and menunggu peluang yang ade.  Ade la kot rezeki aku dimana-mana, cume aku haros sabar menanti~ Dah 2 bulan aku tak berkerjaya tapi aku sempat buat skit-skit persediaan untuk my wedding. Dalam pada takde duet, sempat lagi shopping (= lagipon, duet simpanan si dia cukop untuk persediaan itu~

2. and also mase ni jugak ni dugaan2 minor as perselisihan faham mcm pms aku ni kan.. tertekan dowh... huhhhh insyallah by 3rd January 2011 is new beginning for myself/future/life and etc. even-tough korang xkenal aku and so on.. do pray for me and yourself to honey,.. im hoping that i manage to be a better and good person as well as SOPHISTICATED BRIDEZILLA
